Swim Lesson Policies

Please thoroughly review and read all policies listed below: 

Service Fees

Administration Fee:

There is a non-refundable, one-time annual administration fee of $10 per child.  This fee covers insurance costs, and administrative expenses.

Deposit Fee: 

To reserve your time slot requested, we require that you pay the holding fee of $50 per child.  Your remaining balance is due on the day of your 1st lesson.  The deposit fee of $50 will be subtracted from your total amount due for swim lessons.

Registration Policies

Reserving Your Time Slot: 

When you reserve your spot for a session, you are responsible for every lesson for that session.  For example, if the session is 6 weeks long and you sign up for that session your are paying for 1 day or 2 days per week for the duration of the session.  No refunds.

Make-Ups:

Make up sessions will only be allowed if your child is ill, or if you have a family emergency.  Any other reasons for a cancellation will not result in a make-up lesson.  Make up sessions are also dependant upon what is available.  Make ups can only occur during your listed and paid session.  No refunds.  You are more than welcomed to "sell" your time slot to a family member or friend.  If you do sell a lesson, that person is required to submit a Registration form, Liability Release Waiver, and pay a $10 administration fee. 

Pool and Swim Lesson Etiquette:

1. Children attending swim lessons with their parent or siblings are not allowed to use the pool or hot tub while swim lessons are being taught.  The only children allowed to get in the pool are swimmers who have signed up for lessons.
2. We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled lesson.  However, we do ask that you anduyour children are respectful of the lesson being taught as we try and not create any unnecessary distractions.
3. No hot tub use of any kind is permitted.
4. When your lesson is over you must leave the pool area.
5. Parents can leave during their child's swim lesson, but must return before the lesson is over.

Please note that these policies and rules are only for the safety and optimal learning environment for your kids and swimmers.  We strive to ensure your paid time slots are respected and that you and your children are getting a  thorough swim lesson.
